Chronic back pain, unlike wine, does not get better with time. Actually, it’s the opposite!

Back pain is at it’s peak of opportunity to find relief after it just happens!

Your back, after all, is made up of thousands of nerves that are able to give you tell you there is a threat or tell you something is wrong.

And just as with a broken bone, it’s most easily fixed when it immediately happens and that’s when you want to take care of it.

But virtually no one, even some of the most brilliant doctors - or even chiropractors or physical therapists - ever do this!  The reason is because we have all been taught to just and wait to see if back pain goes away on its own first.

As a result, virtually all back pain suffers then wait to see if they fit in either the “I got worse” or “I got better” category after days if not weeks or months later.

And in my humble opinion, chronic back pain suffers can get treated with disrespect and not be fully listened to.

Too many people try to get help for their back pain and the specialist doesn’t really listen nor do they give enough time...

When really, all back pain is unique and the story we hear helps us listen for little clues, tips, and tricks that many people might not even know they are giving us to help know where to look to help relieve the pain!

And there are delays to getting out of back pain at every stop of the way…

Including what your well-meaning friends or loved ones tell you to do, trying advice you were given that previously worked before, but now it doesn’t.

Masking the pain with band-aides like pills or creams to just have it come right back again.

Then there are further delays, since naturally our bodies will start to compensate for the pain and other areas will start to wear down, causing more pain.

It’s exhausting.

I must confess, I cannot resist trying to help someone with chronic back pain who has suffered for months and even years to get out of back pain only because I was a sufferer myself for 5 years.

Hi, my name is Dr. Brooke Olsen, DPT. I’m a national back pain expert. I’ve made a career for myself helping hundreds of active adults end their back pain naturally, and I help them do it all over the world.

But that wasn’t always the case.

Early on in my life, I had terrible back pain. I previously had a large disc bulge in my lower back that sent shooting pain down my left leg into my glutes and my calf.

At first, the doctor told me that my MRI was the worst he had seen for a young 19 year old and that I would need surgery.

Worse, he just acted like he didn’t even really care about how I was doing or what my back pain story was.

I had so much pain when just trying to put on my shoes or get up from a chair, nonetheless trying to go for a hike or walk around the park.

I tried what felt like everything to help, and it just wouldn’t go away. You can imagine the frustration and hopelessness that set in.

I asked my colleagues for help, but most of what they tried did nothing for me.

When it got really bad and I still had to work, I took Advil, and sometimes wish I had something stronger. (I hate pills by the way, so that’s really saying something).

Desperate for a return to my normal life, I set out on a journey. I traveled the country, in search of learning from the best and brightest. I took many courses, and eventually found a mentor who had some answers.

I learned that in order to fix back pain permanently and naturally, which is the holy grail, it’s really not that hard.

The secret is fixing the ROOT CAUSE, which is the thing that’s causing your back to hurt in the first place.

Most doctors and treatments just focus on relieving the pain where it hurts, without ever taking enough time to listen or questioning why it hurts and what other areas could be affecting it.

So, if I ever got bad back pain again, I would immediately start fixing the root cause of my pain and find someone who gives me the time it takes to understand my story, rather than waste time on temporary band-aid fixes.

Now you might be wondering how you find what your root cause is, and how you can fix it once you find it.

If you’d like to find out, I’m hosting a free training webinar that will show just that.

There is no cost to attend, and you can watch from the comfort of your living room.
