New Year… New You!

Happy New Year, Happy New You!

Another year gone, another year of gained wisdom, right? 😉

As the new year approaches and we begin another chapter in our lives for the year ahead, I have to ask… have you established YOUR HEALTH RETIREMENT PLAN  in 2018?

Odd question, right?

Let me explain here:

If you find yourself finally ready to conquer your goals, your health, and your active lifestyle again… start here:

I want to offer you a free report to help you gain insight and knowledge of the questions you should be asking yourself and your healthcare providers… if that’d be your dietician, physical therapist, primary care physician, etc.

In this free report, I reveal to you secret questions and a plethora of information that you should be discussing with your healthcare providers in 2018 including:

  1. The questions your provider does not have time to make sure you are asking.
  2. The best questions to reveal how your body is REALLY doing vs. just feeling “okay”.
  3. What questions to ask even after you have been told “your numbers are good”.
  4. What questions will best help you avoid a nursing home, losing mobility, and remain active into your later years…
  5. And the #1 question everyone should be asking to avoid illnesses like heart disease, stroke, heart attacks, and diabetes…. like your parents or grandparents have gone through.

Really, this guide is just to help you take CONTROL again and make sure you are helping yourself towards a successful, heathy, and happy year.

Just so you aren’t thinking that only people in their 60’s should be reading this… I’m in my 30’s… and this report has been shared amongst an age range of 20-90+ year olds.

I began this journey to becoming a healthier version of myself TO COMPLETELY AVOID all that I have seen in the medical field… the surgeries… the loss of independence…. not being able to clean yourself… not being able to hike, run, or enjoy the activities CO offers…

This right here.  This is my WHY.

I’ve seen limbs lost due to poor sugar management…

I’ve helped people after an “elective” surgery deal with a stroke recovery that didn’t have to happen in the first place…

I’ve watched and helped people move to nursing homes because they cannot walk up a flight of stairs anymore into their home due to shortness of breath…

I’ve been around many people in their final days before passing as they told me everything they would have done things so different in their lives….including taking care of themselves better…

This.  This is my WHY.  This is the reason I give this special report, full of the questions you should be asking, out for free.

I do not want you or your loved one to continue down this road I’ve seen far too much of in my time as a physical therapist.  It’s heartbreaking to watch and think about it being my future, too.

Take steps today to help avoid the possibility of all of this.
