The main thing I benefited from was a changed mindset. I thought that I shouldn't ever hurt myself through exercises of muscles and joints that would challenge my body to conform to a healthy future. Dr. Regan convinced me one can challenge one's body and not hurt it. That's when my success took off! It seemed counter-intuitive, but this and other secrets she shared have resulted in a strong and virtually pain free body, making possible normal activities, including lifting grandchildren. Love TPR!!

Dr. Sarah at Physio Revolution has been amazing in helping me alleviate my back and knee pain. In just four sessions I am playing golf without soreness or tightness which has not happened for me in years. I would highly recommend The Physio Revolution team to anyone who is having knee or back pain. I'm finally on my way to feeling whole again and not living with pain and soreness.

I was very hesitant to engage the services of TPR. I previously had therapy, consultations with MDs and surgeons, x-rays, MRIs. The prognosis was bone-on-bone arthritis and a knee replacement. The solution from Ortho surgeon was total knee replacement to be scheduled in March, 2020. Covid intervened and I did not have the surgery. However, the pain was frequently very intense and I did not have the mobility I needed for daily tasks.I asked members of my church and friends to pray that God would intercede with the intense pain I suffered. I used hiking sticks or store carts to get around. After prayer and diet restrictions, the knee pain was greatly reduced, but still stiff and it was hard to perform many daily tasks, like stairs, gardening and vacuuming. While searching the internet for knee information, I saw a video of Dr. Brooke interviewing a patient. I was impressed and saved the information. My knee continued to feel better but not great. I gave up walking as exercise as recommended by another physical therapist.Fast forward to February, 2022. I wanted to get back to being more active but when I tried my knee was not cooperative. I contacted TPR for information and talked with Annie.. I came in for an initial assessment with Dr. Regan. I was very impressed with Dr. Regan’s knowledge, compassion and evaluation of my situation. The office Is a welcoming place and Cailee always greeted me with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. As I began my treatment, my appreciation of Dr. Regan’s knowledge increased greatly. She is an attentive listener, has an in-depth knowledge of the knee and muscles groups affected. Her concern for my recovery and encouragement to excel with the prescribed exercises is the best I’ve ever seen. From the very first session, I began to feel and experience improvement with daily activities, walking without poles and without pain. I can kneel, climb stairs, garden and other activities without pain. I began to feel stronger and more flexible. I can now walk 3+ miles per day without pain, work in my yard, and climb stairs. I so appreciate the instructional videos. Dr Regan has helped me regain an active lifestyle. I am so thankful I made the decision to seek help from TPR. I highly recommend Dr. Regan and TPR team.

TPR has a great team of PTs and staff. Very communicative. I just love the whole body approach to treatment and the ability to attain long term goals. Not only did Dr. Regan address my neck pain, but we also tackled imbalances causing some knee pain that was preventing me from running longer distances. I am doing great now and enjoyed a recent half marathon! I highly recommend TPR.

Dr Regan is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and listens to me in order to come up with a plan. She then explains how and why we are doing specific exercises. 6 weeks ago I could barely walk. Now I’m golfing. I know that building muscle takes time, but with her help, I’m on my way to being a stronger man.

The Physio Revolution has been a game changer in the life of my wife. I have watched her work hard and rebuild her body patiently and purposefully over the last year with the help of Dr. Sarah. As new empty nesters the Physio Revolution has given us the opportunity to pursue the physical activities we had talked about years ago but didn't think could happen. We had a great time hiking several national parks in Utah in April. Most recently we conquered "Rattlesnake Hill". Most know it as Bluffs Regional park - from our door and back with two 300 foot climbs we hiked 5.4 miles on Memorial Day. My wife has already left her response - it was time I wrote mine. Thanks Dr. Sarah and the TPR skills the sky is the limit in these golden years :).

I had an incredible experience at TPR with Dr. Brooke! After several years of regular PT I was still struggling with a leg injury that really limited my ability to hike and take walks. After working with Brooke I am able to be very active again. I also have a home program to maintain the improvement. It was always fun to go into the clinic. The staff were all warm and welcoming. I actually 👀 forward to my appointments!Linda Mitchell

Knee problems? Are you considering injections, surgery, knee replacement? Stop!! Go to The Physio Revolution first. The group is amazing and there individual attention to your needs and treatment is outstanding. I waited too long but I’m back doing what I love to do, tennis, hiking and skiing (have to wait for snow). I just can’t say enough about the folks and treatment at The Physio Revolution!!

I attended Physio therapy sessions because I had a pinch in my back hip that my primary care was unable to diagnose or treat to my satisfaction. I saw physiotherapy revolution on face book and Brooke Olsen hit the mail on the head of pain for me. I didn’t want or need pills( pain, muscle relaxers). I wanted to know why and how to get rid of the pain encumbering my life style. So I called Physio revolution to see if they could help me. I signed up for 10 weeks and it wasn’t covered by my insurance but half way thru treatments with Dr Regan I was doing much better. I had better understanding of what was going on with my body and learned exercises and stretches to do each day that treated my pain and if it returned, I knew how to then treat the pain myself. Knowledge is powerful treatment. I’m now released from sessions but know I can call and get help if any pain incumbents my life again. I am greatful I made my first appointment and followed up with the treatment plan. It was worth going out of network to find help. Donna P

2+ years ago I had a very painful pinched nerve and intense muscle pain in my neck, upper and mid back. A year and a half later I made a lot of progress before visiting Physio Revolution but was still not where I wanted to be. I was about 70% better than I was when the pain was at its worst but knew there was still a big piece missing. I still had muscle tension, stiffness, and muscle strains setting me back from sitting to do computer work and rock climbing, one of my favorite hobbies. I was not sure exactly what to do to get to 100% which is what my therapist Dr. Regan helped me discover. Being a personal trainer I knew a lot about anatomy but still couldn't figure out the exact progressions I needed to get to 100%. Body structure and biomechanics is complicated stuff so I needed a professional to help fill in the gaps for me. What finally got me to 100% was:- Progressions of strengthening exercises- Experimenting with specific strengthening exercises to discover whatworked best- Stability in the right muscles- Some mobility movementsStrengthening the right muscles and being aware of how muscle activation feels was the most productive short term and long term solution. It was the only real solution as a matter of fact. What did not work for me in the past for the long term includes:- Massage- Chiropractic Care- Stretching- Foam Rolling- Anti-inflammation diets (especially since I already had a healthy diet)- Yoga- Heat- Spinal Decompression products- Cookie cutter physical therapyAfter 4 months of working with the Physio Revolution I finally feel back to where I've wanted to be and am not constantly distracted by pain. I can focus on more important things in life and am getting back into consistent sitting to do computer work and easing back into rock climbing. I have the formula for what works and my progress have been improving greatly. If you are suffering from chronic pain and want a real and natural solution I highly recommend The Physio Revolution. I have yet to discover a higher quality physical therapy clinic after trying 2 others in the past. The first physical therapist I tried was like elementary school PT (very cookie cutter). The second was better, college level PT (much better but still lacking in a few ways). This was high level doctorate/professional level PT! Leave it to the experts and they will get you where you want to be!

The TPR team is kind, fun, and most importantly know their stuff. I’ve made great strides in my recovery where other PTs have only treated my pain and not the underlying condition to ensure long term health. They’re expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for in quality and expertise!

A year ago, my wife started physical therapy at Physio Revolution, because she had dislocated her patella. We had such a wonderful experience with them, and looked forward to her appointments each week. I grew up doing ballet, and have recently been getting back into it again for my mental and physical well-being, but my knee has been having issues, and won't let me jump, which was always my favorite part. Next week, we're gonna go have my initial session. I'm so excited to get to work with this team again. Any time I hear someone say they need physical therapy, I send them to Physio Revolution!

I initially was looking for a PT who could help me recover from chronic knee injuries post surgery. I came in with a full tear ACL and two tears in my meniscus. On my initial discovery visit I was ecstatic to hear I could potentially forego the surgery and try a more detailed and customized physical therapy plan for me. I’ve been working with Dr Sarah and Dr Regan for just over a month and I have already seen major improvements in my knee! I have worked with other physical therapists and the Physio Revolution is the next level. Not only have they been super helpful in getting me back to where I want to be physically, EVERYONE is really nice and friendly. I feel like a friend and that everyone genuinely cares about my recovery, not just another patient. They go above and beyond and I can’t see myself working with anyone else when it comes to PT.

I recently started seeing Dr. Regan after injuring my back while playing sand volleyball - I am a personal trainer and health coach and have worked with MANY physical therapists personally and professionally throughout my career - these guys are, HANDS DOWN, the best physical therapists I have had the pleasure of working with. They understand the body, understand their clients, and are dedicated to educating you while also healing you. I have recommended them to clients needing additional help, and they are also blown away by this team. If you're in pain or not moving well, I can say with 100% certainty that this team will get you back in no time at all

The Physio Revolution has surpassed my expectations, I'm steadily and consistently impressed with the personal, very genuine way the staff here welcomes their clients and the way they create a most loving and supportive space for their clients healing and with each other. In this they have created an atmosphere of total respect and care for each person who walks through their doors. My progress has surprised me how my energy has been steadily returning to me through my multiple personal losses and I am learning to trust all the staff I have come into contact with. I feel like a part of their family!

I've struggled with chronic low back pain for over 15 years. I've gone through all of the standard processes including MRI's, X-Rays, cortisone injections, medial nerve blocks, a radio frequency ablation, various traction approaches, acupuncture with and without electrodes, chiropractic, and numerous physical therapy sessions with no relief.Recently, I discovered The Physio Revolution, a group of doctors of Physical Therapy. Their approach is beyond anything I've experienced previously in trying to find pain relief. TPR employs a fully customized 5-step holistic natural approach to pain relief. Only halfway through their program I am already seeing and feeling positive results! They seek out the source and cause of your pain. Each session includes a re-assessment of your progress and any necessary modifications are made to your program. After each session I've also been provided a summary and a listing of exercises until the next session. Additionally, I'm given a video with a demonstration of any exercises illustrating the proper form and technique. This kind of thoroughness and attention to detail has been extremely helpful in maximizing the success of the exercises. The TPR staff genuinely cares. The entire group from the professional doctors to the administrative personnel are the friendliest, kindest, and most encouraging people I've encountered on my long journey for pain relief. I give The Physio Revolution my highest recommendation for chronic back and joint pain... especially if you've gone through all the of generally accepted standard processes previously without positive results.

Physio-Revolution is the best! After dealing with back pain for over five years and getting nowhere, a visit with Brooke, Anne and Sarah put me on the road to recovery. I am now able to ski, garden and hike, and pick up my 2 year old grandson! Worth every cent, I only wish I’d found them sooner!

I had a great experience with this company. The entire staff cares deeply about getting you back to the best YOU. I would reccommend this place to anyone who is thinking PT might not be for them and/or doesn’t seem to work. I went from barely walking around to being able to hike with my friends, do most cardio, and even ruffhousing with the pup! I’m happy I stuck it through with this program!

I am so grateful to have found the Physio Revolution and the wonderful TPR team! Dr. Regan and the personalized program she developed for me has given me back my active life. When I came to Physio, I was hardly able to walk half a mile due to knee pain and weakness in my legs. Now I am back to my regular walking routine and planning on more hiking adventures. In the past, I had PT appointments from my medical insurance plan but the results were never as transformative or lasting as the program I received from TPR. The kindness, personalized care, and concern from Dr. Regan, Lauren, and all the great people at TPR is exceptional and, by far, the best I have received - EVER! I'm glad I am doing better but I sure miss seeing Dr. Regan and the friendliest and kindest person on the planet - Lauren! I will definitely be back if I need more help and I highly recommend TPR to anyone needing physical therapy who wants to see great results.

Dr. Regan and the entire Physio Revolution team has been one of the best parts of my 2021! I came in with ankle, hip, and shoulder issues and we have worked through a plan addressing each of these issues and a plan where I’ve seen sizable progress week over week. Furthermore, the Physio Revolution team has been such a welcoming and kind group- welcoming me with a smile and always responding to my messages at amazing speed. Thank you Physio Revolution!

I have suffered from lower back and shoulder pain and immobility for over a decade with only brief periods of relief from massage and chiropractic treatments. Over the last couple of years it worsened and I really began to fear I had major structural damage and may need surgery in the future, but one day I saw an ad for The Physio Revolution on social media. It struck me almost immediately that I needed to make an appointment and get to the root of my issues. After consulting with Dr. Regan I felt confident that she had the expertise and plan to get me functioning with little to no pain again and she did not disappoint! Within a couple weeks I made noticeable progress and after 3 months or so I am virtually pain free with a “toolkit” to reach into on my own to keep my back, hips and shoulder mobile, strong and pain free! My last appointment was yesterday and I almost shed a tear in relief and gratitude for the amazing care and friendly staff that has given me back my active lifestyle and hope. Do you have pain? Life changer. For years I have struggled with balance and super tight hamstrings which drastically limit yoga and other physical activities. I initially came to see Dr. Regan for some interior knee pain that was keeping me from running and climbing at the caliber I wanted to.After 4 months of personalized care, I was able to run the ultra distance goal race I'd been hoping to! The continued care I've received to maintain and improve performance has been absolutely incredible as well! As someone who has had hip surgery, I can say that a good PT is a necessity, but a great PT team like the Physio Revolution makes continued athletic pursuits possible and enjoyable!

With a crowded market in Denver, it's hard to know where to find a good physical therapist. Thankfully The Physio Revolution made my choice easy!I've been working with them over the past few months and find myself looking forward to my appointments. Having had PT in the past, it can be hit or miss. Do I want to go with a chain location or take a risk with a privately owned clinic?T.P.R. is one of the best PT clinics I've been to. They instill a spirit of connection, kindness, and professionalism. All while fostering a healing environment that's apparent from the moment I walk in the door to the moment Lauren sends me off into the world. Everyone I've interacted with is engaged and curious about me as a person. They all care and it shows.Highly recommend visiting for an assessment or treatment! As I commute over 30m each way, they're worth it!

I started working with Physio Revolution due to my knee pain which has been chronic for several years since I stopped running in my mid 30’s. I just figured that since I studied PT and worked at many outpatient facilities as a licensed PTA, I was doing every exercise I knew of to keep strong in my quads and glutes. A few years ago, I spent a small fortune on stem cell treatment for both knees with no pain relief. After that, I had simply resigned myself to knee pain due to bone on bone arthritis. I was skeptical yet hopeful upon hearing that Physio Revolution’s first visit was free and they wouldn’t work with you unless they could actually solve your problem. When Dr Regan worked with me, I got relief quickly, as she worked with some knee mobilization and strengthening ankles, quads, glutes and hamstrings in pain free ways I hadn’t even thought of. The best part is that my knees stopped hurting and I can even go up and down stairs with out pain. I can absolutely say that Physio Revolution’s PT services are better than any PT clinic I have ever worked at, or been a patient of.

I am in the midst of treatment with Dr. Sarah. I have a long history of orthopedic injuries that have haunted me for 30+ years including past knee injuries/surgeries that were supposedly leading towards a knee replacement, ankle fractures/surgery, intermittent back/sciatic pain, and most recently a sudden onset of debilitating hip pain that progressed for 4 years and led to bilateral hip replacements in December. Almost 6 months post op and 8 weeks after my first visit at The Physio Revolution I am AMAZED at the things I hadn't even realized I had given up on doing due to past injuries. I still have a way to go but today I squatted down to the ground and back up using just my legs for the first time in at least a decade. Personalized evaluation, personalized treatments, personalized program, 100% 1:1 treatment time, custom exercise videos with every visit....I cannot give this clinic high enough praise. Please go for a consult if you are in pain.

I have been working with Dr Sarah about 6 weeks now and the results have been amazing. I had extreme pain in my back and legs, feet, for one and a half years. I have been everywhere from chiropractors to Drs who have given me shots in the back to other types of therapy, to having them say operation is the only answer. Wrong, I found these folks and they are amazing at what they do. They have given me back a normal life. I'm able to function on a normal basis with little to no setbacks. I have and will continue to let people know there is a better way and it is the Physio Revolution. Thanks Dr Sarah, Lauren and Cody for all you have done for me. Brad

The word exceptional doesn't seem to capture the caliber of care and customer care provided by everyone at the Physio Revolution. Cody and Lauren are kind and efficient as they greet and schedule appointments. They also remember details about my life and follow up with questions and enthusiasm. I met Dr. Annie via phone this morning and she sounded like we were old friends though we hadn't officially met yet. Truly a family environment.Who cares about a family environment if the quality of care is "poopy". Dr. Sarah has been awesome. Aside from knowing me as a person, she has invested time to discover what ails me as well as vision casting for improved health. I was told by an orthopedist that knee replacement was my future - only current path was pain management and steroids. Hmmm...Dr. Sarah is patiently and methodically unlocking(recruiting) sleepy muscles, rebalancing and also explaining the why behind the method. You Tube follow up videos are so helpful. Yes, every visit has follow up contact with an email and video made just for me reviewing exercises and technique.I now have hope and progress...my empty nest years will be filled with hikes and adventure with my husband here in Colorado and other places. Thank you Physio Revolution.

This kind of treatment for my knees is exactly what I was looking for. I believe that the body can heal itself. I am doing the exercises which is a challenge but I love a challenge. Dr Regan worked very carefully to find the cause of my knee pain which actually originated in other parts of my leg. With diligent work on my part and great care and support from Dr Regan, I am for the most part pain free. By the end of my treatment I will know exactly what to do to remain pain free and enjoy activities with my grand daughters. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and Dr Regan is highly qualified. The short version - HIGHLY recommend and am thankful I discovered them. The longer version - The Physio Revolution is a breath of fresh air. Rather than defaulting to typical western medicine practices that sometimes feel more like bandaids than solutions, their approach to physical therapy is personalized to your specific situation. I had two meniscus surgeries within a year (re-tore it when my previous PT said I could basically do "whatever I want") and had been struggling to get back to 100%. My previous PT essentially said "I'm not sure why you are having such a hard time". Thankfully I found The Physio Revolution, who did an overall body assessment and actually used critical thinking/problem solving (something that seems to be lacking in typical PT offices) to hone in on the root problem and get me moving in the right direction. After each appointment, they provide an incredibly detailed email with information, a workout plan with exercises, and a video of any new exercises. I am not quite back to 100%, but have full confidence that The Physio Revolution will get me there.
