The physio revolution and Dr. Elyse in Denver are amazing. I was living with back pain for many months before finding them. Nothing else was working so I had my doubts, but now it's like it was never bad. It is amazing being pain free and feeling strong. Great program that I would highly recommend to anyone

To say I was difficult to convince that physical therapy would eradicate my sciatica pain is an understatement. During this time, I could not stand up straight or erect, and had excruciating pain radiating down my leg almost constantly. I had worked with physical therapists through my HMO previously with little improvement. Since this was my only experience with pt, I just couldnt see how this could help me. After watching a seminar where Dr. Brooke had described her own experience as being so close to mine, I still had grave reservations. I decided to give Physio Revolution a chance, and my only regret is not starting sooner! In addition to body work in the office, I was given a home program to use each day. As my pain lessened, I was given more challenging exercises to do so my pain won't return. 5 years later, I can honestly say that painful time is behind me and I am living life to its fullest. Trust the doctor's at Physio Revolution! You won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about the Physio Revolution and how it has changed my life. I’ve always been an active person - playing two high school sports and college softball. A few years ago, I found myself in a lot of knee pain… the kind that not only made me set aside my active lifestyle and the hobbies I love, but that also made it hard to go up and down stairs.Once I found TPR, my work with Dr. Elyse helped me recover my physical strength and find confidence in my knees again. I was able to go back to hiking, running, and skiing. I just finished my third half marathon and have signed up for a triathlon later this year!I love the relationship I have developed with my body. I am able to care for myself in a way I’ve never experienced, and to keep pushing myself to meet new challenges. The Physio Revolution has changed my life and made me even more excited for my future!

When I walked into TPR, I had ongoing pain from bone-on-bone arthritis in both knees and a shoulder, which interfered with my very active life. Intensive PT was a last-ditch effort before I signed up for multiple surgeries. Dr. Elyse was an amazing fit for me, offering individualized exercises and strategies from day one. I never missed a single day of my at-home sessions, and in four months, my shoulder pain was gone for good. My knees improved significantly as well. On a trip to France 9 months later, I was able to walk over 130 miles in 4 weeks without pain. I will soon have one knee replacement and thanks to ongoing daily practice and specific “pre-hab” exercises, I look forward to a full recovery. Thank you to the whole team at TPR. You have enhanced my life!

I came to The Physio Revolution for some knee pain not even thinking they could help me with my horrible foot pain I had had for over 5 years. I had tried PT, cortisone shots, every exercise I found online and footwear. I wore shoes constantly because even a few mins barefoot was too much. After working with Dr Elyse not only was my knee pain gone but my foot pain is almost completely gone. I am increasing my walking distance every week and lifting again. Recently I had a new pain in my foot and I told my husband it was ok because I was going to see Dr Elyse and she is magic. She was able to immediately pin point the problem. My pain was reduced 50% in the appointment and less than a week later it is all gone. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience at TPR and especially Dr Elyse. I am so grateful!

I went through a lot of different therapies and places; spent a lot of money and no results. The Physio Revolution was the only place that recommended something different and explained me where my knee problems could be coming from. I can't thank enough Dr. Bryan Siedschlag for all his help. I'm able to run without horrible knee pain, ski, go upstairs and downstairs ;amongst other things. The treatment it's a bit costly but it's 100% worth it. Thank you!

I have recommended The Physio Revolution to family and friends. The five-star rating I gave isn't enough. The team at Physio Revolution began helping me back in 2023 with my neck injury and pain and instability that I was suffering with for close to twenty years. Dr. Suchla and her team put together a program to help me gain strength and flexibility and confidence with my neck injury. She not only worked with me but taught me how to succeed and continue the physiotherapy at home or wherever I was. I extended my visits with her since I injured my hamstring playing pickleball and she helped me regain strength in and around my hamstring. She has also taught me how to take care of my knees and hips. Her and her team helped me to age stronger and more gracefully and be proactive about finding nonsurgical solutions to pain. I will continue to recommend them and reschedule if I need their expert help in the future. Honestly for me when I looked at the cost of surgery, I chose to spend my hard-earned money and feel great about my health investment and the knowledge I gained with the team atThe Physio Revolution!

My journey to healing with TPR began more than 2 years ago. I twisted my knee while hiking and tried to ignore the pain for months before seeking traditional help – family doctor, PT, orthopedic doctor and shots. Nothing helped and the pain just worsened. Daily activities were difficult and even my sleep was being affected. Finally, I saw a Facebook posting by Dr. Brooke and called for an appointment. It took a few months of therapy and work at home but the results have been amazing. I can hike in the mountains, garden, and just enjoy life again. My knees and I are in better shape than we were before twisting my knee. I am thrilled to be pain free again and not see knee replacement surgery in my future.

When I first went to the Physio Revolution I could barely walk. I had a pulled groin, hip impingement and a bulging disc. Medical treatment was not the solution bringing me back to full recovery. With all three injuries showing up on imaging , the medical team was unsure which was causing my issues . I was awake nightly for hours in excruciating pain , I relied on wheel chairs and walkers to do any lengthy stretches of walking. I received one steroid injection which began to give relief , but I knew this was not the course of treatment I wanted to continue in.Physio revolution literally got me back on my feet again and moving! I gained strength I hadn’t had in years!I have exercised all my life and been very physically active , that is the life I wanted back. They did a full consultation with me and determined the injuries I had they could definitely offer me the help , I needed to become active again!I began doing their treatment plan of exercises faithfully! I began to walk better, I began to feel better, I was so encouraged . I was dedicated and determined through the progress I saw , to keep moving forward with the team at Physio! They are amazing! They listen to your concerns, evaluate your needs and make decisions based on their knowledge of how the body works and will respond! The exercises they gave me began to build my strength and mobility to an amazing noticeable difference! I began to see differences in my mental health as well! I was looking forward to the positive new me in all areas of my life! I had the strength I needed now to lift and care for my grandchildren!I don’t have one negative thing to say about Physio Revolution ! I give them a ten out of ten! I loved every person on my team I had the pleasure of working with! The knowledge they have to access your problems and their treatment plan is top notch!I would not be recovered , strengthened and moving if I had not believed in what they offer! I was encouraged more and more as I saw results! Working hard became a joy as I saw results! Thank you Physio Resolution Team, you are the absolute best!!

The Physio Revolution, and especially Dr. Elyse, has been the most game-changing & rewarding physical therapy experience that I could ever ask for. I have had a severe knee injury for the past 3 years and after trying multiple different physical therapists and making minimal progress (beyond frustrating), I finally discovered TPR, and after just a few sessions, I was not only feeling noticeably better about my PT journey, but also wondering what took me so long to get there. The intense care that they provide, not only in physical therapy but also in their overarching genuine care & love of the complex & unique humans that walk through the door like myself, is like none other I’ve ever experienced. TPR is highly innovative & cutting edge in the way they think about and treat their patients, never once using cookie-cutter techniques as a solve for all, but instead developing very specific programs for each patient and ensuring that those programs constantly strategically & effectively evolve as the patient and his/her progress does. They are also incredibly in tune with any other health/medical issues patients may have, ensuring that the PT approach takes into consideration other factors that may have significant effects on one’s daily life / healing abilities. I also must commend the rest of the staff who works at TPR, especially the front desk gals, as they are so on top of their games and make everything so seamless for the patients, from scheduling to billing to comms and so much more. So net net, don’t walk, RUN (if you can) to The Physio Revolution - you won’t regret it.

To whom it may concern… I am writing regarding my experience with TPR, The Physio Revolution!! Late this summer I started experiencing knee problems as I work out and exercise 6 days a week at a very high level… as such, I was considering cutting back instead of contemplating knee replacement surgery or any other kind of invasive procedure… I had been following TPR for a while and decided to give them a shot!! I am so grateful that I did!! Praise God, within weeks the pain in my knees and back was gone… within a few months I was wondering if it had ever existed!! The exercises they have you do… and the bedside manner of the DR’s is second to none!! I am so impressed that I am planning on signing up my mother and father as well… some of the best money I have ever spent!!Thanks so much to all the staff but especially Dr. Elyse!!

Having the privilege of working with the two best physical therapists has truly changed my life. Coming to The Physio Revolution is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had almost given up hope — this was my last attempt before facing an imminent cervical surgery. That would have been a very difficult path, but thanks to the incredible professionals at The Physio Revolution, I have felt supported and cared for every step of the way, with exceptional professionalism and genuine compassion. After two years of being unable to ride my bike, I’m finally back to enjoying my cycling adventures and hikes — I can even carry a backpack again! 😄Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me get my life back. ❤️

A left arm autoimmune nerve problem caused pain, lack of range of motion and strength. At TPR they analyzed the situation and began month's of personalized exercise program's to help me with range of motion and some strength. Lately I have been working with Doctor Elyse, on each visit she accesses changes and with that has a new set of exercises to work that new direction. She explains what is going on in the shoulder and how to get those muscles to engage. With all I have learned at TPR I am able to keep the pain at bay with stretches I now automatically do each day. You may wonder is this worth it? I would say any money and time you spend on being able to work with professionals at TPR that get your strength back, range of motion and have a set of personalized excercises is well worth it. And you fix something else you didn't even know needed work too as I have. No magic pill but the ability to keep doing what you enjoy doing; priceless.

Elyse has given me a path toward healing and moving in ways I have started to avoid. Her skill and precision in guiding me through my knee and hip pain have reduced my day to day pain at least 50%. My arthritic right hip and opposite knee are getting better every day! TPR is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. If you have pain and discomfort and want to postpone or avoid joint replacement, you can’t go wrong with this care provider.

Overall I had a very good experience at Physio Revolution. Positives far outweighed negatives. The practice is small enough that I was treated as an individual, and every staff member I met and worked with was very professional, polite, personable, and helpful. A special nod to Brittany at the front desk and my therapist, Reagan. The attention to detail and my specific complaints/issues by Reagan were outstanding. She helped me gain the confidence to successfully try new activities that I hadn't been willing to try up to this point after my minor knee surgery (five years prior). The only negatives of this experience were that the price of treatment was high compared to other PT to whom I've gone, coupled with the fact that they did not work with patients' insurance companies. I will say, however, that they were more knowledgeable and thorough than any other PT I've experienced. No miracle cure, but the weekly, ongoing personalized post-treatment PT program Reagan developed for me was very helpful. I still use that program almost two years later. It, and Reagan's untiring and professional work with me, were the two big positives of my experience with Physio Revolution. If you really want to recover from your injury or surgery, and have the money to invest in yourself, I recommend them. They are a cut above other PT practitioners.

Dr. Sarah is amazing! I injured my left shoulder a few years ago and struggled to lift a few pounds over my head. After multiple MRIs, my doctor could not provide a precise diagnosis and was leaning toward surgery. Dr. Sarah created a PT plan that not only addressed my shoulder effectively but fit my schedule and lifestyle. I am now completely pain free and my strength is almost back to normal.A friend recommended Dr. Sarah to me and I would strongly pass the recommendation on to others.

A year ago I broke my shoulder into 4 pieces and the repair required a plate and many screws. I was concerned I would never ski, kayak or climb again. But Hannah with TPR has me back in the mountains doing all the things I love along with some new ones. I will turn 50 this year and am celebrating by testing the limits of this shoulder.

I'm so grateful I found Physio Revolution! I had suffered from plantar fasciitis for over 1.5 years and tried so many different methods to fix it. Finally after doing PT with TPR I found relief! It's been over a year and I've not had any issues since. In addition, since I have scoliosis I was experiencing some upper back pain and they really helped me find relief. These issues took me out of my normal workout routine for a good year. Since recovering and feeling better, I am in the best shape of my life, playing basketball pain free at 47 and pursuing new goals as a figure competitor and will step on stage this summer!

I could not recommend the physio revolution more! The team here has been life changing for me. I went to a few other PTs before coming here and I was very skeptical that PT would be a long term fix for me. Fortunately I gave this team a try and I am so happy I did. I used to be in so much daily pain from my scoliosis but now I get to live my life on my terms. After the first plan where I was going every week and then every other week now I go in once a month to fine tune my routine to what I need as life progresses. It has almost been three years that I have been a client here and I never plan on stopping because the help they give me has been such a necessary part of my life.

I’ve seen my Dad suffer with his back pain for years and finding no relief with what he had been doing. I thought I’d give The Physio Revolution a try and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Not only did Dr. Sarah work with me on my back, but she addressed issues with my hip down to my feet. I learned exercises that I continue to do daily on my own. I am thankful I found this group as I am able to move without feeling pain in my back. And on those days I feel tight, I know I have exercises I can do to help loosen up my muscles. Thank you to Dr. Sarah and all the staff at TPR.

The Physio Revolution was wonderful! Everyone from Brittany at the front, to Sarah and Hannah, my PT’s, were so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I have known for years that I would be needing knee replacements. I did end up still getting the surgery, but the 4 months of therapy I had at TPR, made my experience incredible! No one could believe my recovery was so easy. I know that the months with Hannah prepared me to sail through the surgeries! Because I’d diligently followed my program with TPR, I never had pain higher than a 2 or 3 and no swelling! I highly recommend TPR to everyone I know!

I highly recommend Physio Revolution. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the therapy was targeted and effective. I primarily saw Dr. Sarah and I could not be more pleased with how she helped me. Dr Sarah listened intently and asked focused questions about my issues and goals. She spent quite a bit of time to understand my needs, put a plan together for each stage of my treatment and guided me every step of the way. Dr Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable about the underlying sources of my pain and what to do to correct them, not just mask them. I feel so much better after working with Dr Sarah and the Physio Revolution team. If you need physical therapy, I have every confidence the staff at Physio Revolution can help you.

I had a great experience with The Physio Revolution from customer service to treatment and even education. Dr. Sarah Rogers was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my injuries, new exercises to help reduce pain, and anatomy in general. She genuinely listened to me and provided support through my visits to TPR, open communication, and frequent videos to help improve my form while I continued doing the exercises on my own. Additionally, Cailee Parker and Brittany Zuber in the office and at the front desk were always very friendly and communicative which helped me feel more relaxed when I was feeling stressed about pain and doctor's appointments. Also, Heidi Ver Kuilen is a wonderful, skilled massage therapist and I recommend her services as well. I really appreciated the empathy and care I received at TPR.

Truly a transformative experience. Do you have to spend some money and do the work, sure. But what’s your health and mobility worth? Dr. Sarah is a real pro with diagnosis and then plan execution. This is my 4th and last PT stop because Physio doesn’t take shortcuts or settle for temporary gains. They build in lasting success and tools you will continue to use forever.

Thank you for the excellent treatment you provide me. I learned skills that have helped me in the interim and longer term. I went to Physio Revolution with a terrible pain in my lower back and, from the beginning, I felt supported. The staff was friendly and professional. They always accommodated my busy schedule. My therapist Hanna was extremely knowledgeable and supported me on my journey to be stronger and work hard to recover from my injury. Every physical therapist I have seen has taken the time to listen to all my questions or concerns. I would recommend Physio Revolution to anyone dealing with any injury and wants a team that helps you both short and long term.

After recovering from knee surgery a couple years ago, I was still having knee pain daily. My doctor said it was just because of arthritis. I didn't agree, but didn't know how to proceed. I happened to see a video, by Dr. Brooke, on Facebook talking about The Physio Revolution and their approach to physical therapy. I was excited at the prospect as it seemed that their philosophy for treating knee pain could work for me. My process started with an initial phone call to see if I was a candidate, which was then followed by an in person visit. At that visit, I was checked from head to toe for strength and range of motion. As things were explained, I came to understand that my knee pain was a result of many parts of my body (including my ankles, hips back, and legs) not working as they should. I was hopeful and signed up to start their program.I had been through other physical therapy, the differences were immediately noticeable. My program and exercises were customized to what I needed. I was observed doing each new exercise to make sure I was doing things correctly. If a particular exercise was not comfortable for me or was causing pain, it was replaced with something different. After every appointment, I received an email with the details of the exercises I should be doing at home and also a video showing how to correctly do any new exercises that had been added. I started going to resolve the issues with my knee, but I have also worked on back pain and shoulder pain. All the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the cost is high, but with the success I have had, it has been well worth it.I have gone from weekly visits to going every 6 weeks or so to continue and maintain the progress I have made. I highly recommend The Physio Revolution and am so grateful that I saw the video on Facebook that started my journey.

Fantastic care! I came in for knee pain while weight lifting and lingering problems from a long ago broken ankle. What I gained at TPR was so much more beyond pain resolution. Increased strength, balance and confidence in my favorite sports: rowing and biking. Plus I haven't run/jogged in >14 years years and I have been able to add running back to my repertoire. I even had the confidence to run 5K on a lark recently ....a lark that I could never considered for the past 14 years :) Yay! Proprioception! Thanks TPR!

As a super active person I deal with nagging injuries quite frequently so when I felt a little ankle pain while training for an ultra marathon, I thought nothing of it and tried to train through it. Few weeks later I couldn’t even run at all. Finally, I decided to get some help and found The Physio Revolution. Everyone I met at TPR had a super positive caring energy that made every visit very enjoyable. After the head to toe assessment Hannah and the team had found the problem areas and set me up with a plan to get me back to my training as soon as possible. Within a few weeks, I was back to running and strengthening all the imbalances they found in my legs. Thanks to Hannah and the TPR team I just completed my first ultra marathon. If you are searching for amazing physical therapists with great energy, look no further than the lovely team at The Physio revolution!

Before joining The Physio Revolution my knees had gotten so bad that my husband was pushing me in a wheelchair to do Christmas shopping and I needed a cane to get to the bathroom in my own house.I had talked with a company about doing stem cell injections and I felt things were not going to get much better. For reference, I was 51 year old and reasonably active but had uncomfortable knees since my teen years. After meeting the team and working directly with Hannah magic happened. My pain disappeared fairly quickly and my strength and stability are back. She found my imbalances and gave me the tools to rebalance. After just a few months with her I had reached my initial goals of walking /hiking 2-3 miles and set new ones to be able to squat down to my grand children and stand back up. Now, 2 years later I never think about what I knees can’t do.Thank you sooo much, Cindy

I have been on a journey since I started going to The Physio Revolution. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am always searching for ways to improve my health. My knee issues started 5 years prior. I went the usual route of getting x-rays and an MRI. Images revealed two meniscus tears and a Baker’s cyst. I was given traditional physical therapy exercises to do at home with little results. I then decided to get a stem cell injection from a Denver sports medicine doctor. After 5 months the pain was gone, and I was happy. Five years later my other knee developed pain to the point that I couldn’t hike more than 3 miles (since I retired, hiking is my thing), otherwise I was in too much pain. So, I had a stem injection in that knee. Five months later I was still in pain despite this knee having fewer issues than the original knee. I did more traditional physical therapy at a clinic, but the pain did not resolve. By this time the sports medicine doctor’s office was unresponsive to my issue. I didn’t know what to do at that point. Were my hiking days over? Just about that time I saw Dr. Brooke’s video on Facebook. I was leery. Could I really trust a FB ad? I looked up The Physio Revolution website. It looked legit and since they offered a free discovery call and examination, I figured I didn’t have anything to lose. It turned out to be the most comprehensive and informative exam I ever had. Dr. Sarah explained that my issue wasn’t really my knee, but my hip alignment and ankle which made sense the way she explained it. During the first 3 months my progress was slow, and I was worried. Dr. Sarah reassured me we were on the right path. Within another couple of weeks, I did see and feel a lot of improvement. I rarely have pain at this point, but in addition to my knee issues we’ve also been able to address tendon issues in my hand which led to a trigger finger and the Golfer’s elbow I developed, plus recurring pain I had in my right scapula area. These have all been resolved with Dr. Sarah’s help. The videos they send to you after each appointment with your practitioner demonstrating any new exercises they have assigned to you are invaluable. Dr. Sarah also went the extra mile when I told her I signed up for a hiking trip in Crested Butte last summer. I knew I would have to train for the longer hikes and the elevation gains, but I had never trained for anything before and had no idea to how to go about it. She offered to set up a training schedule for me (did I mention she’s quite an athlete?). With her guidance and encouragement, I was able to complete 4 hikes in 4 days that ranged from 6.5 miles to 10 miles. The ten-mile hike started at 10,000 ft. and rose to 12,000 ft. I’d never done a hike this strenuous ever. It felt like quite an accomplishment at 64 years old. I know I could not have done it without Dr. Sarah’s guidance and commitment to helping me heal. Healthwise, working with The Physio Revolution team is one of the best health decisions I’ve made. The treatments are so personalized, I will never go back to a traditional PT practice that doles out generic exercises. I continue to work with Dr. Sarah to keep my body in condition so I can keep tackling hikes twice a week. I’ve taken a couple of falls on the ice this winter, but each time I have been able to get right back up on my feet. Without this conditioning, I doubt that would happen. The whole team at TPR is super friendly, helpful, and makes you feel like you are a part of something more than just a PT place you show up for your PT appointment. The practice has a positive vibe, and everyone talks to you, not at you. They are happy to answer any questions and make you feel like you and your health matter. I am so glad I stumbled upon this practice. I feel sorry for people that don’t know this type of health care exists.

I had been 'dealing with' pain in my back and knees for years, thinking that my genetics dealt me those cards. Prior to a long-distance, remote trek, I wanted to make sure that my knees were up to the challenge and perhaps get a few exercises. What I have found over the past 8 months of working with Dr. Sarah is that I don't have to put up with the pain and I can use targeted exercise to help me be as active as I want. I appreciate how well Sarah listens, asks questions, and carefully observes prior to creating my next exercise set(s)... and I love each new video Sarah sends me, making sure I remember the specific cues for the exercises we practiced in session.I'm happy to report that I did the entire trek, and not only were my knees up to it, I had NO pain. We've moved on to other goals, but continue to work on the core issues: hip strength and mobility. Not only is Dr. Sarah a great PT, she is a great human. I look forward to every session.

If you are looking for pain relief without drugs or surgery, Physio Revolution is your answer. At 68, I had severe sciatica pain, along with pain in my foot from an old break and plantar fasciitis in both feet. X-rays showed a curve in my spine, tilted pelvis and a compressed SI joint. Dr Jeager helped me rebalance my body through exercise. The pain in my leg is totally gone. Plantar fasciitis is gone. X-rays now show that everything is basically back to normal! Still have a little work to go on my foot and I have no doubt that they will get me totally pain free.

After a knee injury during volleyball, my medical doctor said to change my active lifestyle because knee surgery at my age (47) was elective. I felt like he was saying, “Stop doing the things you love to stop the pain.” Plus I didn’t want to have surgery. Recovery time takes forever and I didn’t want to have to rebuild muscle. The team at The Physio Revolution viewed my pain differently. With an inability to sit for long times due to hamstring tendinopathy and knee pain just walking the dog, Dr. Cathryn Dake and Hannah Jaeger were able to create a program that kept me playing volleyball, pickleball, participating in karate and jiujitsu, walk the dog without pain and attend theater year round. I am now a stronger and better volleyball player than I have ever been.I really appreciate the expertise around the physics of a body, figuring out the root cause of where forces are going and where they should be going instead. The team is solutions oriented as they put all the puzzle pieces together to come up with a feasible plan for one’s schedule and lifestyle. The team listens to what you want to physically do because if you lose something you love like volleyball you are losing part of your identity.

These physical therapists will thoroughly assess your issues with careful observation and knowledge. They have helped restore function and stability - and my pain is significantly reduced. This is highly personalized - the attention and communication I have gotten from TPR is far superior to that provided by other PTs covered by insurance. You are in good hands.
