Elyse is a Physical Therapist at The Physio Revolution who is passionate about helping active adults stay healthy, strong, and able to do the things they love for life.
Her interest in physical therapy started after rehabbing her own athletic injuries in high school. Through that experience, she saw firsthand how meaningful it can be to have someone walk alongside you in pain and help guide your recovery. That early experience shaped the way Elyse cares for her clients today with empathy, encouragement, and a strong focus on individualized support.
Elyse earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. She also competed in cross country and track & field at both universities, which gave her a deep understanding of the physical and emotional demands that come with training, injury, and returning to sport. During that time, she developed a passion for helping active individuals move past setbacks and get back to performing at their best again.
She loves working in Colorado, where the active lifestyle and focus on health and wellness align so well with her own values. Elyse is especially passionate about creating customized programs that meet each client’s unique goals, whether they want to get back to running, hiking, sports, or simply feeling confident in their body again.
One of her favorite parts is helping clients move beyond their original goal and into the “what’s next?” phase where they start to question what’s truly possible for their body and their future beyond their initial goals.
When she’s not at TPR, you can find Elyse running, hiking, baking, playing cribbage, or spending time with her husband, Zack.
