Did you know: research out of the National Institute of Health shows that about 50% of back surgeries result in no better outcomes than random chance?

What?!

So, why is back surgery still recommended so often?

It’s because people don’t know what options they truly have and everything they’ve tried before it has just let them down.

So, I want to teach you how you can know if you should consider getting surgery for your back pain.

1. Get multiple opinions.

Go to multiple doctors to find ones you trust.

Get referrals, look up the reviews, and do not consider getting surgery before you have consulted multiple doctors because they might say different things.

2. Make sure that you’ve exhausted all other options.

So make sure that you have tried chiropractic, physical therapy, injections, massage, or maybe even some training.

Again, do your research and make sure that you have tried all other options before throwing in the towel.

3. Ask yourself this one question...

This one question has the ability to change your life and radically transform the way you live and get you back to the life that you deserve without needing surgery.

The question is: has anybody ever truly found the root cause of my pain and explained it to me to me in a way that is simple, understandable, and actionable?

If nobody has and they’ve only done very generic Band-Aid attempt fixes to mask the pain like painkillers or very generic physical therapy, then I DON'T think you should get surgery.

If you want to learn more about how you can find your root cause, you’re in luck. Just scroll up to find an option that works best for you to get started towards finding your root cause.
