Today we are talking all about knee pain. So, if you are currently struggling or concerned about your knee pain that is either new to you or has been happening on/off for quite some time with things like…
– walking up/down stairs
– pushing up to get out of the car
– standing up from a deep chair
– or stiffness/aches first thing in the morning when you take your first steps out of bed
… then you’re in the right spot. Because today we are talking all about this type of knee pain and how you can avoid an unnecessary surgery.
Many of people who come to our clinic with knee pain mostly come because either their doctor suggested they find a good physical therapist or they’ve come because someone has told them there’s nothing that can be done to help them other than surgery …. and they don’t want that option.
You may have “abnormal” findings in your MRI and have began to worry that there is nothing that can be done to help ease pain because of the “abnormalities” or you are concerned that this will lead to you having to have surgery in the future. If you are in that situation and are wondering if this is absolutely necessary… then keep reading because there ARE REAL SOLUTIONS to ease pain without surgery.
Today, I want to clarify some questions you may have about this since I’ve had so many people ask more recently about if they may need surgery or not. I’ve heard questions such as:
– “Am I going have to have to have surgery now … or can there be an alternative route that can keep me from needing surgery right away?”
– “My doctor back in the day told me that my knee would eventually cause a lot of pain in 10-15 years and it seems to have started now which worries me that I’m going to need surgery.”
– “Will a ‘scope’ help me because I’m told they just want to clean it out quickly and it won’t be painful”?
If you’d like to learn more about this, watch the video below and I’ll break down 4 scenarios that are essential to think about regarding clarity about knee pain related surgery

Everyone is very kind. I have improvement in mobility and decrease in knee pain.

2+ years ago I had a very painful pinched nerve and intense muscle pain in my neck, upper and mid back. A year and a half later I made a lot of progress before visiting Physio Revolution but was still not where I wanted to be. I was about 70% better than I was when the pain was at its worst but knew there was still a big piece missing. I still had muscle tension, stiffness, and muscle strains setting me back from sitting to do computer work and rock climbing, one of my favorite hobbies. I was not sure exactly what to do to get to 100% which is what my therapist Dr. Regan helped me discover. Being a personal trainer I knew a lot about anatomy but still couldn't figure out the exact progressions I needed to get to 100%. Body structure and biomechanics is complicated stuff so I needed a professional to help fill in the gaps for me. What finally got me to 100% was:- Progressions of strengthening exercises- Experimenting with specific strengthening exercises to discover whatworked best- Stability in the right muscles- Some mobility movementsStrengthening the right muscles and being aware of how muscle activation feels was the most productive short term and long term solution. It was the only real solution as a matter of fact. What did not work for me in the past for the long term includes:- Massage- Chiropractic Care- Stretching- Foam Rolling- Anti-inflammation diets (especially since I already had a healthy diet)- Yoga- Heat- Spinal Decompression products- Cookie cutter physical therapyAfter 4 months of working with the Physio Revolution I finally feel back to where I've wanted to be and am not constantly distracted by pain. I can focus on more important things in life and am getting back into consistent sitting to do computer work and easing back into rock climbing. I have the formula for what works and my progress have been improving greatly. If you are suffering from chronic pain and want a real and natural solution I highly recommend The Physio Revolution. I have yet to discover a higher quality physical therapy clinic after trying 2 others in the past. The first physical therapist I tried was like elementary school PT (very cookie cutter). The second was better, college level PT (much better but still lacking in a few ways). This was high level doctorate/professional level PT! Leave it to the experts and they will get you where you want to be!

The TPR team is kind, fun, and most importantly know their stuff. I’ve made great strides in my recovery where other PTs have only treated my pain and not the underlying condition to ensure long term health. They’re expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for in quality and expertise!

A year ago, my wife started physical therapy at Physio Revolution, because she had dislocated her patella. We had such a wonderful experience with them, and looked forward to her appointments each week. I grew up doing ballet, and have recently been getting back into it again for my mental and physical well-being, but my knee has been having issues, and won't let me jump, which was always my favorite part. Next week, we're gonna go have my initial session. I'm so excited to get to work with this team again. Any time I hear someone say they need physical therapy, I send them to Physio Revolution!

I initially was looking for a PT who could help me recover from chronic knee injuries post surgery. I came in with a full tear ACL and two tears in my meniscus. On my initial discovery visit I was ecstatic to hear I could potentially forego the surgery and try a more detailed and customized physical therapy plan for me. I’ve been working with Dr Sarah and Dr Regan for just over a month and I have already seen major improvements in my knee! I have worked with other physical therapists and the Physio Revolution is the next level. Not only have they been super helpful in getting me back to where I want to be physically, EVERYONE is really nice and friendly. I feel like a friend and that everyone genuinely cares about my recovery, not just another patient. They go above and beyond and I can’t see myself working with anyone else when it comes to PT.

I recently started seeing Dr. Regan after injuring my back while playing sand volleyball - I am a personal trainer and health coach and have worked with MANY physical therapists personally and professionally throughout my career - these guys are, HANDS DOWN, the best physical therapists I have had the pleasure of working with. They understand the body, understand their clients, and are dedicated to educating you while also healing you. I have recommended them to clients needing additional help, and they are also blown away by this team. If you're in pain or not moving well, I can say with 100% certainty that this team will get you back in no time at all

The Physio Revolution has surpassed my expectations, I'm steadily and consistently impressed with the personal, very genuine way the staff here welcomes their clients and the way they create a most loving and supportive space for their clients healing and with each other. In this they have created an atmosphere of total respect and care for each person who walks through their doors. My progress has surprised me how my energy has been steadily returning to me through my multiple personal losses and I am learning to trust all the staff I have come into contact with. I feel like a part of their family!
19:39 15 Jan 22
The main thing I benefited from was a changed mindset. I thought that I shouldn't ever hurt myself through exercises of muscles and joints that would challenge my body to conform to a healthy future. Dr. Regan convinced me one can challenge one's body and not hurt it. That's when my success took off! It seemed counter-intuitive, but this and other secrets she shared have resulted in a strong and virtually pain free body, making possible normal activities, including lifting grandchildren. Love TPR!!

I've struggled with chronic low back pain for over 15 years. I've gone through all of the standard processes including MRI's, X-Rays, cortisone injections, medial nerve blocks, a radio frequency ablation, various traction approaches, acupuncture with and without electrodes, chiropractic, and numerous physical therapy sessions with no relief.Recently, I discovered The Physio Revolution, a group of doctors of Physical Therapy. Their approach is beyond anything I've experienced previously in trying to find pain relief. TPR employs a fully customized 5-step holistic natural approach to pain relief. Only halfway through their program I am already seeing and feeling positive results! They seek out the source and cause of your pain. Each session includes a re-assessment of your progress and any necessary modifications are made to your program. After each session I've also been provided a summary and a listing of exercises until the next session. Additionally, I'm given a video with a demonstration of any exercises illustrating the proper form and technique. This kind of thoroughness and attention to detail has been extremely helpful in maximizing the success of the exercises. The TPR staff genuinely cares. The entire group from the professional doctors to the administrative personnel are the friendliest, kindest, and most encouraging people I've encountered on my long journey for pain relief. I give The Physio Revolution my highest recommendation for chronic back and joint pain... especially if you've gone through all the of generally accepted standard processes previously without positive results.

Physio-Revolution is the best! After dealing with back pain for over five years and getting nowhere, a visit with Brooke, Anne and Sarah put me on the road to recovery. I am now able to ski, garden and hike, and pick up my 2 year old grandson! Worth every cent, I only wish I’d found them sooner!
22:16 17 Dec 21
I had a great experience with this company. The entire staff cares deeply about getting you back to the best YOU. I would reccommend this place to anyone who is thinking PT might not be for them and/or doesn’t seem to work. I went from barely walking around to being able to hike with my friends, do most cardio, and even ruffhousing with the pup! I’m happy I stuck it through with this program!
23:19 07 Dec 21
I has been to multiple PT specialist, Chiropractors, and massage therapists to try and help my tension migraines but didn't see any long term relief until TPR! Sarah and the whole team were attentive and supportive and have continued to help my through my journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing long term pain.
18:53 03 Dec 21
I am currently working out some shoulder/neck pains causing me headaches. After four visits so far, I'm feeling better, both mentally and physically. But there is much work to be done.I'm always learning something new from Dr. Sarah and Lauren; the super friendly staff made me feel real comfortable choosing them for my PT. Neither to say less, I always look forward to going to PT because of the fun and safe space they have created!!!
04:29 03 Dec 21
I have had nothing but an exceptional experience with TPR since first visited them 2+ years ago. Highly recommended for their combination of expertise and professionalize.
20:16 02 Dec 21
I am so grateful to have found the Physio Revolution and the wonderful TPR team! Dr. Regan and the personalized program she developed for me has given me back my active life. When I came to Physio, I was hardly able to walk half a mile due to knee pain and weakness in my legs. Now I am back to my regular walking routine and planning on more hiking adventures. In the past, I had PT appointments from my medical insurance plan but the results were never as transformative or lasting as the program I received from TPR. The kindness, personalized care, and concern from Dr. Regan, Lauren, and all the great people at TPR is exceptional and, by far, the best I have received - EVER! I'm glad I am doing better but I sure miss seeing Dr. Regan and the friendliest and kindest person on the planet - Lauren! I will definitely be back if I need more help and I highly recommend TPR to anyone needing physical therapy who wants to see great results.

Dr. Regan and the entire Physio Revolution team has been one of the best parts of my 2021! I came in with ankle, hip, and shoulder issues and we have worked through a plan addressing each of these issues and a plan where I’ve seen sizable progress week over week. Furthermore, the Physio Revolution team has been such a welcoming and kind group- welcoming me with a smile and always responding to my messages at amazing speed. Thank you Physio Revolution!

I have suffered from lower back and shoulder pain and immobility for over a decade with only brief periods of relief from massage and chiropractic treatments. Over the last couple of years it worsened and I really began to fear I had major structural damage and may need surgery in the future, but one day I saw an ad for The Physio Revolution on social media. It struck me almost immediately that I needed to make an appointment and get to the root of my issues. After consulting with Dr. Regan I felt confident that she had the expertise and plan to get me functioning with little to no pain again and she did not disappoint! Within a couple weeks I made noticeable progress and after 3 months or so I am virtually pain free with a “toolkit” to reach into on my own to keep my back, hips and shoulder mobile, strong and pain free! My last appointment was yesterday and I almost shed a tear in relief and gratitude for the amazing care and friendly staff that has given me back my active lifestyle and hope. Do you have pain? Book a consultation with The Physio Revolution today!

This place is amazing. Wonderful people and thoroughly amazing at their crafts. Highly recommended. A great investment in your physical present and future. 5 stars.

Amazing customer service, thoughtful guidance, and encouraging atmosphere. Their five step approach has really made a difference for me!
18:45 29 Nov 21
Life changer. For years I have struggled with balance and super tight hamstrings which drastically limit yoga and other physical activities. Dr Regan treats the whole body because the whole body is connected. This is not your insurance paid physical therapy. Think of it more like working with a trainer but therapy.
21:28 23 Nov 21
The Physio Revolution is guiding me through exercises to over come chronic back pain and loss of strength from a failed hip replacement. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Regan and all the staff at TPR for being patient and understanding as I regain my strength and self confidence.
14:28 22 Oct 21
I initially came to see Dr. Regan for some interior knee pain that was keeping me from running and climbing at the caliber I wanted to.After 4 months of personalized care, I was able to run the ultra distance goal race I'd been hoping to! The continued care I've received to maintain and improve performance has been absolutely incredible as well! As someone who has had hip surgery, I can say that a good PT is a necessity, but a great PT team like the Physio Revolution makes continued athletic pursuits possible and enjoyable!

With a crowded market in Denver, it's hard to know where to find a good physical therapist. Thankfully The Physio Revolution made my choice easy!I've been working with them over the past few months and find myself looking forward to my appointments. Having had PT in the past, it can be hit or miss. Do I want to go with a chain location or take a risk with a privately owned clinic?T.P.R. is one of the best PT clinics I've been to. They instill a spirit of connection, kindness, and professionalism. All while fostering a healing environment that's apparent from the moment I walk in the door to the moment Lauren sends me off into the world. Everyone I've interacted with is engaged and curious about me as a person. They all care and it shows.Highly recommend visiting for an assessment or treatment! As I commute over 30m each way, they're worth it!

I absolutely love the team here! They are literally my favorite—Dr. Sarah and Lauren are the bomb dot com, so wonderful and literally the most accommodating. I’m fairly new to their pt program but love coming here :)

I started working with Physio Revolution due to my knee pain which has been chronic for several years since I stopped running in my mid 30’s. I just figured that since I studied PT and worked at many outpatient facilities as a licensed PTA, I was doing every exercise I knew of to keep strong in my quads and glutes. A few years ago, I spent a small fortune on stem cell treatment for both knees with no pain relief. After that, I had simply resigned myself to knee pain due to bone on bone arthritis. I was skeptical yet hopeful upon hearing that Physio Revolution’s first visit was free and they wouldn’t work with you unless they could actually solve your problem. When Dr Regan worked with me, I got relief quickly, as she worked with some knee mobilization and strengthening ankles, quads, glutes and hamstrings in pain free ways I hadn’t even thought of. The best part is that my knees stopped hurting and I can even go up and down stairs with out pain. I can absolutely say that Physio Revolution’s PT services are better than any PT clinic I have ever worked at, or been a patient of.

I am in the midst of treatment with Dr. Sarah. I have a long history of orthopedic injuries that have haunted me for 30+ years including past knee injuries/surgeries that were supposedly leading towards a knee replacement, ankle fractures/surgery, intermittent back/sciatic pain, and most recently a sudden onset of debilitating hip pain that progressed for 4 years and led to bilateral hip replacements in December. Almost 6 months post op and 8 weeks after my first visit at The Physio Revolution I am AMAZED at the things I hadn't even realized I had given up on doing due to past injuries. I still have a way to go but today I squatted down to the ground and back up using just my legs for the first time in at least a decade. Personalized evaluation, personalized treatments, personalized program, 100% 1:1 treatment time, custom exercise videos with every visit....I cannot give this clinic high enough praise. Please go for a consult if you are in pain.
22:15 09 Jun 21
I have been working with Dr Sarah about 6 weeks now and the results have been amazing. I had extreme pain in my back and legs, feet, for one and a half years. I have been everywhere from chiropractors to Drs who have given me shots in the back to other types of therapy, to having them say operation is the only answer. Wrong, I found these folks and they are amazing at what they do. They have given me back a normal life. I'm able to function on a normal basis with little to no setbacks. I have and will continue to let people know there is a better way and it is the Physio Revolution. Thanks Dr Sarah, Lauren and Cody for all you have done for me. Brad

What an awesome experience!!! I truly thought I was broken forever, but Dr. Sarah and the team have shown me that “you’re never too old and it’s never too late” to get better. With the personal guidance and individualized care, I feel like I’m on the road to recovery. It is such a pleasure to move without fear and remember the resiliency of the human body. Thank you Dr. Sarah and thanks to everyone at Physio Revolution!

The word exceptional doesn't seem to capture the caliber of care and customer care provided by everyone at the Physio Revolution. Cody and Lauren are kind and efficient as they greet and schedule appointments. They also remember details about my life and follow up with questions and enthusiasm. I met Dr. Annie via phone this morning and she sounded like we were old friends though we hadn't officially met yet. Truly a family environment.Who cares about a family environment if the quality of care is "poopy". Dr. Sarah has been awesome. Aside from knowing me as a person, she has invested time to discover what ails me as well as vision casting for improved health. I was told by an orthopedist that knee replacement was my future - only current path was pain management and steroids. Hmmm...Dr. Sarah is patiently and methodically unlocking(recruiting) sleepy muscles, rebalancing and also explaining the why behind the method. You Tube follow up videos are so helpful. Yes, every visit has follow up contact with an email and video made just for me reviewing exercises and technique.I now have hope and progress...my empty nest years will be filled with hikes and adventure with my husband here in Colorado and other places. Thank you Physio Revolution.

This kind of treatment for my knees is exactly what I was looking for. I believe that the body can heal itself. I am doing the exercises which is a challenge but I love a challenge. I get a new one each week. So far I have gotten back a lot of the range of motion that I lost without medication or surgery. Everyone is encouraging and know what I need to get better. Thank you
14:12 24 Apr 21
I have benefited greatly from my visits with Dr. Sarah. My knee felt much improved after my first visit. You get very personalized help, customized video tutorials, encouragement. Everyone is very welcoming and fun to be with at that office. I highly recommend checking them out if your body needs help.
21:27 23 Apr 21
Dr Regan worked very carefully to find the cause of my knee pain which actually originated in other parts of my leg. With diligent work on my part and great care and support from Dr Regan, I am for the most part pain free. By the end of my treatment I will know exactly what to do to remain pain free and enjoy activities with my grand daughters. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and Dr Regan is highly qualified. Her exercise videos have been most helpful in keeping me on course. Treatment at Physio Revolution is a great investment!
03:28 23 Apr 21
Super exciting to see the specific attention to my specific issues and working toward strength that will last. I’m just starting, but I have every belief they will get me to where I want to be with no more knee pain and doing all the activities I have been missing.
22:19 14 Mar 21
I get to interact with Lauren and Reagan every visit and it’s one of the best parts of my week. They are both so personable and welcoming. I’m am so thankful to have the opportunity to receive their help and guidance.
21:15 13 Mar 21
The short version - HIGHLY recommend and am thankful I discovered them. The longer version - The Physio Revolution is a breath of fresh air. Rather than defaulting to typical western medicine practices that sometimes feel more like bandaids than solutions, their approach to physical therapy is personalized to your specific situation. I had two meniscus surgeries within a year (re-tore it when my previous PT said I could basically do "whatever I want") and had been struggling to get back to 100%. My previous PT essentially said "I'm not sure why you are having such a hard time". Thankfully I found The Physio Revolution, who did an overall body assessment and actually used critical thinking/problem solving (something that seems to be lacking in typical PT offices) to hone in on the root problem and get me moving in the right direction. After each appointment, they provide an incredibly detailed email with information, a workout plan with exercises, and a video of any new exercises. I am not quite back to 100%, but have full confidence that The Physio Revolution will get me there.

This is by far the BEST place I’ve been to in 12 years of searching for help with chronic pain! I am saying that and have only been to a few appointments. The communication and collaboration has been excellent from the start. Cody reached out to do my initial call that I signed up for, and he was extremely kind and thorough in his questioning. I then got set up for my free discovery visit, where Lauren welcomed me at the front door, and Dr. Regan did a thorough evaluation and let me know she thought they could help.I have now had two appointment for treatment, and am making some progress on ALL of the areas I have pain. Dr. Regan checks in on how you’re feeling, listens to how the exercises are going, tests to identify where she thinks the issue is stemming from, and then can confirm it as well to make sure she has the right idea of what to treat. They are truly a team, as the information I provided up front to Cody got communicated then to the others, so I have never felt like I’ve needed to repeat myself over and over again like I have at other places. I am getting extremely personalized treatment, and the best is that I’m actually making some progress on issues I’ve had for years and years. They educate you as you go, answer any questions along the way, and send a very detailed report with a video for exercises after each visit. I wish I had found this clinic years ago before I had my hip surgery. If you’re having pain, try this place out before going to surgery! There is nothing to lose, because they will evaluate your situation for free and give you an honest assessment of if they think they can help before you spend any money.

I highly recommend the doctors and staff at The Physio Revolution.I had been dealing with knee problems for several years and they offered a long term solution that is more promising than injections or pain medications. My knees and joints continue to improve with each session.Dr. Regan does a wonderful job at adjusting my exercises each week so my range of motion continues to improve. Also, the attitude at The Physio Revolution is extremely positive - Dr. Regan and Lauren have been upbeat and cheerful at every visit

The Physio Revolution made a huge difference in my recovery. I was referred to Physio Revolution by a friend. She had only the best things to say about Brooke and her team of Doctors at The Physio Revolution. I had a nasty fall that left me with a broken back. I lost half of T10 and damaged T9 as well. My recovery was slow at first with other PT agencies but once I signed up with Physio Revolution my healing improved very quickly. If you suffer from back, joint pain, taking too many pain killers etc. They can help and they will bring healing to you via the natural healing of the body through massage, PT sessions and supporting the body’s ability to heal and bring you to a drug free conclusion. They not only treat the issues but also educate you in how to move and using proper form in the home PT exercises process. They are steadfast in following all the Covid social distancing and sanitation methods, separating appointments to assist in a very private and safe experience. If you are looking for assistance and guidance in your healing, I recommend you contact them and make an appointment for an evaluation and they will create a custom plan for you. I highly recommend them.Mark E. Connolly

I have had numerous attempts at lessening my sciatica and piriformis pain. From dry needling to actual lumbar back surgery. I was just about ready to give up when I saw physio revolution on Facebook. So I went in to see them for a consult. Very friendly staff and excited to see and greet their clients! They showed me things to do that were foreign to every other instruction I had been given in the past. After 3 sessions and doing the moves at home I started to see some improvement! Now it is 6 visits later and I can say that I’m totally amazed! My pain is 90% gone and I’m doing things I hadn’t been able to do for 5 years! Thanks to Regan and all of the staff!!!!!!!

This the first place that has truly helped my body change and improve! They have helped me find the root of my problem and not just say to work on my leg muscles. They are kind and personal in each and every interaction. I have done many things to try to get my body and knees better. THIS is working and I do believe it will be for good because I have learned so much and my body has too! If you have been struggling with knee or back issues, or any other body issues, please give them a call. They will meet with you and be honest about your needs to help you!
03:27 05 Nov 20
I started working with the Physio Revolution team 4 weeks ago after experiencing excruciating back spasms. In four weeks my pain is 95% gone I am strengthening all of the muscles that are related to my specific issue, and I feel so great. No painkillers, no muscle relaxers, to mask my pain. Dr. Reagan is figuring out the root cause of my pain and treating me from the inside out, so far so good I am pain-free and getting stronger every day. Thank you Dr. Reagan you are changing my life!
15:35 04 Nov 20
Brooke, Annie and Bella were the best people to get to work with! When I had knee problems and went to them for help, they gave me the best treatment possible and were friendly, professional, encouraging and positively informative. They were on the same page as I am about wanting to find a way to heal my body through work and fitness instead of medicine or surgeries. Though I no longer live near them, so I do not see them anymore, I continue to use the exercises and information they gave me as a way to care for my knees, my body and my fitness.

The team at The Physio Revolution are amazing! They are so knowledgeable and caring and want pain free patients as much as the patient wants to be pain free. They not only cater to you as an individual with unique strengths and weaknesses, but they are there to cheer you on emotionally as well as physically!! Pain is a lot of emotional healing as well and Dr.Trevor and Dr. Brooke know exactly what that means to a patient. They don’t just hand you a drawing of exercises to do and send you on your way. They talk through the struggles with you and then work with you physically until you feel like a different person than who entered through the door! The greetings you receive when you first call and come to your first appointment from Annie and Lauren are so comforting and genuine. The entire experience at The Physio Revolution has been nothing but encouraging and successful in the healing process. Pain meds and surgery are not an option anymore!

I recently moved from the East coast to Denver and was looking for another PT to continue my post ACL surgery recovery. I sent The Physio Revolution an inquiry email and had an immediate response from Annie! She was so welcoming and gave a helpful review of their process for working with potential patients. I really loved that the first step was to meet the team to make sure it was going to be a fit. Dr. Trevor is awesome- I am so happy with the plan we laid out for continuing my PT. He made a point of reaching out to my previous PT to see what plan they had so we could continue it. I also love the energy of the staff every time I come in- Annie and Lauren are always energetic and welcoming. I'm very grateful to have the support of this staff. Even through the *many* frustrations I have had with recovery, they always make me feel so much better about what I've accomplished and keep me on track.

I’ve had a lot of PT for various injuries over the years. Unfortunately, I often hit a wall with no discernible improvement. The practitioners at PhysioRevolution have a very different approach which seems much more individualized and responsive to the inevitable changes that happen during the process. They are professional, caring and thorough. They’ll be there for you to troubleshoot and to be your cheerleader. Worth the trip for me even at an hour away.

I am so grateful for this practice. I was diagnosed with a severe rotator cuff tear and was scheduled for surgery. I decided to seek other alternatives. I am SO glad I did!! Trevor is so supportive and encouraging. I have learned so much. Through the exercises I was able to become pain free and am back to doing all the activities I enjoyed before my injury. My experience with Physio Revolution has truly been life changing. I am forever grateful for this great group of people.

Dr. Brooke, a talented and intuitive professional, is also a wonderful human being. I’ve seen physical therapists and/or chiropractors since middle school as an athlete at an early age and someone who taught himself how to workout, sometimes improperly, and typically pretty intensely. Dr. Brooke has helped me live pain free from lower back issues that went on for many years, at times, making basic movement a problem. A number of previous experts I worked with failed, for years, to help me make lasting changes. If you need help, you found it here.

I cannot express the amount of gratitude and thankfulness I have for Brooke and Annie. These two helped rehab me into a lean, mean, fighting machine. Their constantly warm and smiling faces brightened up my mornings, and their generosity was abundant. The amount of care this group puts into their patients is paramount. But, they need better coffee. (Inside joke, who goes to physical therapy to drink coffee anyway...) love this group!

After 6+ months of shoulder pain (rotator cuff tear) that was impacting my sleep causing me to rely on ibuprofen, six sessions at The Physio Revolution resulted in me being pain free. Additionally, TPR staff gave me video instructions for all PT exercises so I could continue healing and maintenance exercises on my own.
