Meet Mythica & Julie!

At only 50 years of age, Mythica was being held back from her life by her knee pain due to an injury.

When we met her, she was unable to walk up stairs and was held back from many activities that she wanted to do.

She did not want this knee pain to continue to hold her back.

Mythica & Julie had their hearts set on completing the Tough Mudder race which gave them 6 months for her to heal her knee.

They knew they needed to find a physical therapist to help them reach that goal.

Julie immediately thought of us after she had remembered seeing a facebook post about knee pain from Dr. Brooke and wanted to find out more.

After coming to their first visit, Mythica & Julie said they fell in love with us and that we became the sunshine of their lives.

Mythica said that what she gained the most was knowledge for her body and how to help herself get out of pain when she was experiencing it.

She gained the confidence in herself and the tools that she gained to be independent and make good decisions when it came to her pain.

If you want to hear Mythica's amazing story, give it a listen in the clip above. I know you'll be glad you did.

In this amazing 12 minute video, Mythica, Julie & Lauren cover:

  • Mythica's inspiring journey to being pain free...
  • How Mythica has applied her toolbox to her life outside of TPR...
  • What MAJOR accomplishments she has made and plans to make...
